That color is real similar to "Electron Blue Pearl" found on the 1999-2000 Civic Si's. The color code was B95P. I believe that Corvette's also came in a similar color (perhaps not pearl so just B95).
If that is the color code you're looking for you should be able to get a nice job done for $5k assuming you tear down the car yourself, strip it and then put it all back together.
